How we research
What a guide is
Each BakeSpec page answers one buying question: which mixer, which scale, or which surface fits a constraint. Claims come from manufacturer specifications, model codes, and features documented on the current US listing.
What it is not
We do not run a test kitchen. We do not invent knead times, taste scores, or “we bought 12 mixers” narratives. If a future guide is based on hands-on use, that page will say so in the first screen.

Links go to Amazon.com with our Associates tag. Confirm 120V US models and the exact SKU. Search links are used when a single ASIN is not yet verified.
